After conducting extensive market research, Pieris Pharmaceuticals, a listed company based in Freising and Boston, has chosen Hallbergmoos as its new location. Starting in late 2019, the company will be taking up a total of 12,000 sqm in two phases at Rock Capital’s Sky Gate building.

Under exclusive mandate, Eva Menne from 1toAll effectively assisted Pieris in their search for a new location over the course of a 12-month process. Attorneys at law Grothmann Geiser, the consultants and planners at combine consulting and Simader Consulting and the Wander Group with its expertise in lab construction were also part of the effective, interdisciplinary project team.

The move to Sky Gate will give Pieris room for just under 200 employees in an innovative lab and office environment. Mr. Alexander Mademann from the Hallbergmoos Business Development department also accompanied the process. 1toAll was able to guarantee a transparent process that generated results with the help of its extensive online software AbaScore and its exhaustive database.
