For-lease signs are often posted at properties for lease. They may have been posted directly by the owner, by the property or asset manager or by a broker.

Note: For-lease signs do not always mean that the property is exclusively being offered by the company advertising it. A sign is therefore not a clear indication that the property is being exclusively represented by the company or party listed on the sign.
