“Our new company name perfectly describes what we do,” says Eva Menne about the new name. “1toAll: We compare our client’s 1 requirements profile with all of the properties on the market.” Clients select their favorites, which are then run through the my.1toAll.com database to check for availability and make sure the fit is perfect.

“Based on client feedback, we have invested heavily in the digital infrastructure and continued development of our my.1toAll.com software. Our clients receive access to a database containing more than 30,000 properties. That way they can pre-select suitable office buildings and office space themselves. Unlike other portals available on the market, our database lists properties together with their actual addresses,” explains Eva Menne.

1toAll clients can track their project status online at any time on the basis of their individual requirement profile. They can also access any relevant documents, including KPIs on current negotiations involving their favorite properties. Everyone involved can use this data to prepare reports, presentations and documents for committee approval.
